In this exhibition longtime Pacific Grove resident Barbara Furbush conveys the quiet
places in the hyper-dynamic air and waters of Monterey Bay. She produces works of
engaging imagery, and seductively beautiful atmospheric content. In her own words:
“Dwelling on the Monterey Bay invites engagement with the protean dance of sky and
water. My images are atmospheric – it is the ephemeral that I chase with ink veils
layered on paper to create original prints.”
